The event is organised by the ministry of Economy of the Republic of Romania, the Romanian Cluster Association CLUSTERO, part of the calendar of the Romanian EU Presidency, in the period Jan- June 2019.
The three-day conference program was extremely diverse, with the participation of many international experts in the field of cluster policies and practices, regional economic development and competitiveness. Our participation in the Open Interregional Cluster policy learning was very important. The meeting was organnised by the Romanian cluster association. Here are the highlights from the meeting:
- DanuBioValNet DTP presentation and discussion
- Presentation and discussion in the panel “The cluster policy Danube Market Forum (DCPM)” – created under the DanuBioValNet project and “The role of cluster Associations for the future of the European Cluster Landscape”.
At the European Cluster Conference in Bucharest, 10 cluster associations from Spain, France, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania signed a declaration, aiming as strengthening cooperation on innovation, internationalisation and support for cluster policy with the ultimate goal of the creation of a European Cluster association in the near future.
