As expected, the cluster landscape is very diverse in the Black Sea Region. Topics such as the relationship between clusters and other types of economic support instruments (industrial and free zones, business incubators, etc.); role of universities in clusters as well as the role of clusters in strengthening industrial value chains in the post-covid era have been intensively discussed.
Participants agreed to:
- Strengthen the cluster communication in the Black Sea Region by means of organising more joint cluster events;
- Enhancing cooperation by making use of the project opportunities such as "Clusters Go International";
- Create cluster cooperation platforms on topics such as Green Development, AgroFood or Tourism.
